Who is responsible for your data?

Which data, why and for how long?

• Booking request (form on the Book page): name, contact details, dates and make-up of the stay, message. Purpose: to answer your request and manage your stay. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract. Retention: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years after the last contact; accounting documents are kept as required by law.
• Messages by email or phone: purpose: to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. Retention: 3 years after the last exchange.
• News sent to our former guests: email address (and language). Purpose: to share news of the house with people who have stayed with us before. Legal basis: legitimate interest (marketing to customers for similar services). Every message contains an unsubscribe link; you can also object at any time by writing to us. Retention: 3 years after the last contact.
• Visiting the website: the IP address is processed by the host to deliver and secure the site. The website uses no audience-measurement tool and no advertising cookie.

Who receives your data?

Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It is processed on our behalf by:

• NoBeds (nobeds.app): booking management software, which receives the requests entered in the form;
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France): sending of information emails;
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting of the website; transfers outside the European Union rely on appropriate safeguards.

The map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation): your IP address is sent to it to display the map, with no cookie. Links to Google (directions, reviews) send nothing unless you click them.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The booking form, provided by NoBeds, may use technical cookies needed for it to work.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to its use. Write to [email protected] or to the postal address above: we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
